Tudor Aegis SRL does one thing: it checks whether an online presence complies with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, and fixes what does not. We are a small company in Chișinău, and it shows in how we work.

What we do
From the check to maintenance, on one thread: the finding, the evidence, the fix and the re-scan that shows it is solved.
Audit
Online: what the site collects, who it sends the data to, which documents are missing. Of the organisation: what happens to data inside the company.
Documents and remediation
Policies, the article 30 register, agreements and assessments written for your activity, not copied. We fix what the report found and re-scan.
Monthly monitoring
We re-scan periodically and tell you when something changed: a new script, a cookie that appeared, a page that disappeared.
External data protection officer
A declared point of contact, replies to requests, ongoing advice — without the cost of a full-time post.
How we work
Evidence, not opinion
No finding enters a report without the evidence it rests on: the cookie name, the host contacted, the address of the page we looked for. Every article cited is read in the text of the law, not in a summary.
Transparency from the start
You know from the start what is done, why and what it costs. Every report also says what it does not cover: an audit that hides its limits is not an audit.
Practical, not just documents
